Sep 08, 2014 · Edit: No internet when VPN is connected. I have been having this problem with NordVPN for a while now. Whenever I connect to a VPN, my internet stops working. The NordVPN app gets stuck with "resolving your new ip address" while no websites load. Even ping from the command prompt doesn't load.

No internet access while connected through Remote Access VPN? You need to create a no-nat between your internal network (s) and remote-vpn ip-pool and add that particular networks on the split-tunnel ACL.
